The goal of our Way More Than Camp Campaign is to build new buildings and improve our facilities at camp so that more children can benefit from our programs. Thanks to our donors, we were able to make great progress on two key projects, our Learning Center and New Village, which will allow us to serve more children at camp.

Learning Center

Kids in poverty often miss out on the opportunity to gain the critical academic skills the need to succeed – reading, science, and math. We will fill this gap with our Outdoor Learning Center, which will double the size of our Library and Reading Space, establish STEM and Technology Labs, and create an outdoor classroom.

New Village

To accommodate an increased number of youth, more cabin space is needed. The New Village will provide this expanded capacity and will consist of three buildings: two camper cabins that include staff housing and a washhouse.

We wouldn’t have been able to make such great progress this summer without the support of our donors. We are just $120,000 away from reaching our goal, which will ensure that we have more space and that our campers have high quality facilities to learn and grow in. We have a matching donor who will match all gifts made by August 31.
